  1. i think i haid around £75 to BT for the pleasure. It's not something anybodu else you can get to do as BT need to connect you to the exchange unless you live in a cabled area.

    Hope this helps

  2. with bt its £124. we installed a line in our daughters flat at xmas. the £124 can be paid in installments if you want it to be.

  3. all different shop around

  4. we had the same situation wen we moved into our new home. it costs us 65.00 to  hook up everything and it was charged on our 1st bill. best you can do is call around to diff companies and get prices. best of luck!

  5. better get looking then

    use your nuggin -

    www.google.com

    www.bt.com

    talk talk  etc etc

check the  initial installation fee though ( small print)

  6. as far as I know, you have to install the land line (and pay line rental thereafter) to BT. They are your only option and if you have no connection at all then its around £70.00, although they may charge u extra costs. Just ring BT customer services and be prepared for a bit of a wait

  7. BT charge £124 for a new landline,  good luck though it took months to get mine fitted!  They are a pretty dire company..
