How much is it to make phone calls on carnival cruises?

Well if you are making it from your cell phone, it depends on your provider....if you are making it from the actual ship itself it is far more expensive than your cell phone provider....just recently cruise ships have started added the capability for people to use their phones on the ship b/c of the outrageous prices from customer using the cruise ship phones. Carnival just recently finished up dating their ships earlier this year(http://travel.latimes.com/articles)

Ship to shore is not cheap.  If your cell has sevice us it, even if you are roaming, it will be cheaper than using the ship to shore phone throught the cruise!
