Without any more info on what you need the hall for, I can't be too specific. But Princes Hall in Aldershot is probably a good starting point -- they hire out several suites for all kinds of things: parties, weddings, conferences and stuff.

depends were you go , some place for the hall only is free only if annoth people are comming but if you want entertment you have to oranise that your self  its free cos theres that many people going and buying drinks

but other wise it can be quite expenive
