I currently found my bike and lets face it. It's not in mint condition. It's been siting outside for a while now. Its a tad bit rusty and its a mountain bike. I don't want to buy a new bike but instead clean it up. Nothing fancy but just make sure it doesn't make noises and such. How much would this all cost and where do i go to get this job done. Any advice would be great

  1. Well, if you don't do it yourself, a bike shop is the logical place to take it to. They will have chains, which are pretty cheap and wheels. For a $150 bike a front wheel would be about $35, rear more. A chain about $10 all this plus labor.

  2. It would be cheaper to buy a new bike.
