How much is it to upgrade Verizon Fios to HD?

I just bought an HDTV and I have had Verizon Fios for awhile now. I have your standard set top box that comes with Fios, now I was just wondering how much it costs to upgrade and get the HD set top box.

The standard STB is $5.99 a month

The HD STB is $ 9.99 a month

The standard STB w/ DVR is $12.99 a month

The HD STB w/ DVR is $15.99 a month

The standard STB w/ multi-room programming is $17.99 a month

The HD STB w/ multi-room programming is $19.99 a month

There is also a digital adapter that is $3.99 a month but w/ that you get just the basics.  No IMG, no HD channels, no On-Demand, no PPV.

Just keep in mind that the taxes differ from state to state.
