How much is it to use the cellphone while on royal caribbean?

when we're at sea.. is it 7.95 or is it the 2.45 one or something. or is it both..?

I took a R.C. cruise in Feb....and believe me you'll only want to use your cell in an emergency!!! But to make sure check with your provider, I believe they charge you international rates, which are usually very high!!, (no free nights and weekends). Enjoy your cruise, you'll have a blast!!
