  1. It varies. The only way to really know is to get an apprasial, maybe a few appraisals even.It also depends if the land is mostly flat or mostly mountainous. Flat land is easier to build on & therefore easier to sell, especially to a big company looking to do developments. Also do you already have acces to electric, water & telephone, etc? & is the land located close to schools, stores & highways? If so, it will raise the value. If its secluded in the mountains it is harder to sell. I'd say the land is fairly cheap in Yauco becuase its a smaller town. But since you have 20 acres, yours can be worth quite a bit. Here take a look at these fincas for sale in Yauco. They range from $35,000 for 4 or 6 cuerdas(almost acre) to $750,000 for 158 cuerdas, etc.
