Wow, lots of questions!  Rent, about $300/week depending on the season.  Meals, well I can tell you that it costs us about $250 to feed a family of four for a week. We have a free healthcare system Australia wide called medicare, so healthcare is quite cheap and unfortunately I cant help you with the rest because I live in WA.  Some things are standard though.
