How many years do i need to stay in college, how many years in pharmocology school? And how much is the monthly payment for school? (All in Minnesota)?

  1. Ok the best thing you can do is contact your local colleges/universities and get a copy of their school catalogs. But make sure you ask first if they have tranferable credits or if they have a degree for pharmacy.

    These days there isn't a bachelor degree or a masters degree anymore. It's credits in the usual, english, math, etc, but you also have to take 2-4 classes in chemistry, 2-4 classes in biology, 2-4 classes in math, 2-4 classes in physics. If you really want to be in that major you need to probably start off at a 2 year college where they'll be the cheapist and get the undergraduate stuff done. Make sure the college you choose to finish the PhD in pharmacy will accept those credits because those colleges usually just do that, accept transfer credits then you do the PhD.

    The funds are different per college but it will be well worth it since PhD Pharmacists tend to make starting $50-$100 an hour after graduation. So just check out your local colleges/universities. Good luck!
