Since you used the word "meters" I'll assume that your not in the U.S. Here in America most municipalities will give you all the mulch you want for free, providing you cart the mulch yourself. If you want the mulch delivered they will charge you a delivery charge, but the mulch itself is free. Try calling your local town/city government office and see if you live in an area that has a program such as the one I described above.

100 square metres?? eg 10 metres by 10 metres?? if you want about 50 mm thick it will take you about two cubic metres
