How much is my car worth as a trade in??

Question

I have a 91 toyota camry that I would like to trade in and I know the trade in value won't be much, but I would like to know approx. what it might bring. I believe it is a 4 cyl., and it is 4 door with 140,000 miles on it. It runs great, but it has a few dents and dings. Thanks in advance.

Try www.kbb.com.  It will give you the value of your car and what you should expect to get from a dealer or a private party sale.  Based off the make and year of your car, it doesn't seem like it would get a whole lot.  It might be worth your while to wait until October to buy a new car (that's when better prices for this year's cars are available because newer models debut) and donate your car for a tax write-off.  You might also find luck selling it on craigslist.org because many buyers on that site are looking for cheaper cars and it's free to sell it yourself.

Go to  Blue book value and they will tell you everything you need to know. All you have to do is put in the details like make/model/miles/ extras and somehow the price comes up, I did it with my crown Vic, it was pretty cool, give them a try and if that doesn't work for you try your insurance people.
