How much is my stamp worth?

My stamp has George Washington on it. It is a 2 cent stamp. I believe it says T.S. Interrev. Proprietary. It is blue put it is old so the color might have faded. It is on the back of a picture card of a relative of mine. The picture was taken in 1864. So the stamp is probably is from before that time.

From your description, I think you have what American collectors would call Scott number R13, valued at 40 cents, unless it's printed on a very unusual silk paper.  You might want to compare what you have with the picture at:
