I'm not talking about daycare or babysitting, just preschool. I'm interested in prices for something like 3 half days a week, for a three year old. Thanks!

  1. My daughter pays $100 a week for my grandson,

  2. you can check your local churches...they usually offer preschool as well as ymca. im in az and the cheapest i have found for 2 days a week-2 in a half hours it was $125\wk...good luck in your search!

  4. Call and visit schools in your area. It all depends on what you are looking for in style and accreditations. Co-ops, national schools or private/religious schools. Even YWCA/YMCA's have them as well as some high schools offer them with high school students earning credit in child care classes. They have a teacher and an assistant and then the high school students plan and do activities with the children. Prices vary.

  5. My son is in a co-op preschool where I work in the class one day per week.  We pay $177 per month in the SF Bay Area, California.  First year he went 3 days a week, 9-11:30.  This year 3 days a week, 12:30 - 3p.

  6. I own my own preschool - 3 year olds come two days a week for a half day and it is $70 a month.  4 year olds come three  days a week for a half day and it is $95 a month.  There is also a $25 registration fee at the beginning of the year. Hope this helps!  This is for a private preschool, btw.
