How much is profit from pierogi sales?

I make 160 dozen pierogies at a time and sell them. how much profit should I get at 6.00 per dozen and at 7 dollars per dozen?

I love pierogis with sour cream...yum!!!!!!!! You should make a lot of money. Who doesn't like pierogis.
