Hi there,

If you mean duty free, usually between E25-E27 for 200. obviously this only applies if you are going to a non E.U destination or a tex free destination (Gibraltar, Canarie Islands, Channell Isl etc..)

In regards to the ferry port, well,since you can't get a ferry from Ireland that goes to a non-eu destination, I suppose you would have to pay full price.

btw a pack of 20 cigarettes in Ireland costs between E7.50 and E7.60.
