How much money would Bare Minerals SPF 15 Foundation cost along with the brushes?

$25 for the foundation alone. I say buy the starter kit, its a better value. I use the heavenly face brush to apply it since its softer and gives me full coverage. I suggest using it over regular foundation, it works best for me that way. If I feel like going natural I wear the Bare Minerals alone. It doesn't last too long alone tho, try getting their primer or SmashBox's primer. :)
