How much is the Yu-Gi-Oh card Cyber-Stein worth?

I heard it was the prize at a tournament, and was worth thousands of dollars, but now I hear it is in a booster pack.

What is it's current value? Under $10?

The booster pack one is still selling for about 20 Dollars. The tournament one is still selling in the high thousands. The first source of mine shows the booster pack one is about 20 dollars and the second source shows the tournament cyber-stein being sold in the 3 thousand range.

the booster pack is like in $5-$10 dollars and the promo shonen jump edition was sold in $7000 dollars, the story was that one dude sold the cyber-stein on ebay on $20 000 dollars but the buyer refused to pay so it was sold in $7000 dollars
