A friend of my dad's just cam to my dad's shop and bought a pack of Smarties with 25, 000, 000, 000 Zimbabwean dollars!

My dad had no idea how much it was worth, but took it just for the sake of it!

So how much did the guy actually have to pay?

It is true that ZWD is of low value, as their government has great inflation. I heard people have to carry a bag full of money to the store just to buy a loaf of bread for $2,000 ZWD.

I wouldn't trade a bag of leaves for a Zimbabwe Dollar. You can get a bigger fire going from lighting leaves than you can from a Zimbabwe Dollar. That should tell you how worthless their currency is..

The solution to Zimbabwe's Dollar is to STOP PRINTING NEW DOLLARS. Zimbabwe's Government is its own worst enemy. Their hyper inflation is a direct result of poor economic policy.
