How much is the agent's fee for renting an apartment in london? is it normally one week's rent?

  1. It varies from one weeks rent to one months rent but one week is usual x*x


  2. I live in london, and have rented for the past 3 years.  the norm is that you pay a deposit which is normally 6 weeks, an agency fee mostly is 1 weeks rent, then you will pay 1 month in advance.  you will also have to pay approx 35 pounds for referencing fees

  3. Short term rental is normally a week's rent to the agent.

    And long term is normally a month to the agent.
