Dear friend you should have asked how much is your electrical consumption per month. Because the charges differs from country to country. In India there are several confusing charging methods. We our house is consuming on an average of 800 units ( That is kilo watt hour )per month.We pay about Rs 2000 that is equivalent to U.S.50 $. But I use solar energy for my office fan that gives sufficient air  only for my table. I am having research center to find the early warning system for earthquakes and Tsunami functioning in my house.

I am on a payment plan, where they average your monthly bill so its always around forty dollars a month for me no matter how much I use
