You will make around $15 per hour but there's a wealah of eateries in that city. Although it's really difficult, avoid the temp agencies and go direct. You will need to do a hospitality training course and possibly obtain an RSA permit, both at your own expense. (responsible service of alcohol.) Try to get into Southbank Boulevard area and you may earn more. Don't anticipate tips cos aussies do not tip well at all.
