Most cruise lines do not offer any discounts for the over 55 bunch, but if you log onto vacations to go, they have a list of 55 and over cruises. Check with them.  ps I LOVE princess cruise lines. They are very classy.

Almost every cruise line offers people over 55 a discount, the catch is that it is not a consistant discount on every cruise.  The cruise lines will offer the discount at different times for each individual cruise.  The discount will vary greatly from $25 per person up to $100 per person.  Or it might be offered in the form of a shipboard credit.

The discounts are usually offered when the time for the cruise is nearing because they want to fill the ship.

If someone going on the cruise is a veteran or retired teacher, firefighter, or policeman then you might want to check into these discounts because they are often a lot more.
