How much is the employee discount at Dillard's?

I went in for an interview the other day and they said they would call me back for a second interview. I went to the 2nd one today and the guy said that "we'll call you if there is an opening". I know it doesnt sound too promising but i was just wondering how much is their employee discount. He also said it was $9.00 an hour btw.

The employee discount is nice at 25%. But there's a catch with the discount. They require you to make all your employee purchases using a Dillard's credit card.
