How much is the maximum weight we are allowed to take in our luggage on a flight to a foreign country?

On most international flights, your free baggage allowance is one bag per person with a maximum weight of 20-25 kg (depending on the airline).

On a British Airways flight from the UK to Pakistan, the limit is 23 kg, assuming you're flying economy.  Higher classes have higher baggage limits.

You can carry two 23-kg bags if you are flying from North America, South America, and parts of Africa.
