  1. Minimum Wage

  2. I believe it is typically the minimum wage for serving, $2.13/hour.  Tip wise, depends on how popular the restaurant is, the type of customers they attract and which nights you are available to work.

If you work at least one of the prime nights, until closing- than you'll probebly make $75-$100 in tips.

Remember to have fun- attitude is everything!! It will get you better tips, and help you stay focused and happy when you suffer the rude.  Have fun!

  3. I think it's about 7.00per hour.

  4. Depends on if you are in a "Right to Work" state or not. Some states pay the full minimum wage to servers in addition to the tips. "Right to Work" states pay half or less of minimum wage because it is assumed that you are making at least minumum wage when you factor in your tips.  I live in Arizona and up until 2007 servers were paid $2.13 then in Jan 2007 our wage was raised to $3.75.  Still not minimum wage, but it really doesn't matter. You should average at least $20/hour in tips alone so don't worry about the paychecks. They won't amount to much, especially after taxes.

  5. if you dont clear 100- 150  your doing something wrong

  6. maybe like 4$ and hour but u get really good tips

  7. It really does depend what state you live in, California pays minimum wage on up for waiters plus their tips, Other states like Tn, Idaho, Florida, just a few examples don't pay minimum wage per hour, they use your tips and add to the wage they are paying you to come up to the minimum wage. That in my opinion sucks, but that is what they do in the right to work states. (I believe they still call it that)
