Hi. That totally depends on where you want to live. You can go from Estrato 1 which is basically a cardboard shack to Estrato seis which can be a large apartment on the loma. You will want to move into at least Estrato 5. For Estrato 5 think somewhere around $3,000,000 pesos a month. (About 1072 Euros) Estrato 6 can go to any number. 9,000,000 being a good round number for a place with a good view. Of course you can pay more. I would stick to the North of Bogota. You might wan to start looking in the newspaper. www.eltiempo.com. Also note that ANY apt worth having will have to be rented through an immobiliaria. This means you will have to have a Colombian Visa and a Cedula. Not that hard to get. (can be done in a day and Cedula comes in a week or so) Then you will have to PROVE your assets in Colombia and more than likely they will ask for 6-12 months rent as security. You might want to look at Century21 Colombia too. There are alot of them. Luque Medina is one I know but I dont like them.
