I reckon, find him, lock him up in your basement in Dunedin or Wellington or where-ever and find a bloody good agent to negotiate for you!!! :-)

no one there to find osama bin laden.  if they know, they won't tell to the govt.  if they tell, they will not be there to receive the reward and surprisingly, the reward will not go to the real finder, since someone will get name instead of the real founder.  There are more complications in this subject.  It is very difficult to find him, since he changes his staying often, because of this reward.  Moreover, the people around him are very loyal to him.  Even, some govts are also supports him.
