How much is the salary for a Goddard School lead teacher?

I'm applying for a Lead Teacher position at a Goddard school in Richmond, Virginia and was wondering if anybody knew how much the starting salary is. i know I should ask the director but I feel that it may be inappropriate to do so before I am officially hired so I need your help!

I know rates are different from state to state but am just looking for a ballpark figure so I can make the right decision. Thanks!

Depending on experience and perhaps a diploma/CDA, it's around 13/hr here in Ohio.  And it isn't inappropriate to ask about the salary before you are hired.  Salary is, after all, what you are more than likely wanting the job for, correct?  Good luck!  I heard it is a great place to work!
