  1. It depends at what time you take it.

I would say about 25 euros + a price sup for luggage and another because you pay something more when you take a taxi from a train station so I suppose about 30, maybe 35 euros if you go at a peak time.

  2. The driving distance between those two points is 5.7 km.

The meter goes down at 2.10 euros. The price per kilometer is from 0.82 to 1.33 depending on time of day. Each piece of baggage over 5 kg (11 lbs) costs 2.75 euros.

There is also a charge for standing time (i.e. time spent at stop lights or in traffic jams) which is roughly half a euro per minute.

  3. Take a taxi only if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues otherwise it doesn't make much sense as public transportation is easier. There is a direct RER line between the two stations, they are only 2 stops away from each other:

take RER D at Gare de Nord (direction Corbeil-Essonnes or Melun/Malesherbe) to Gare de Lyon = 9 minutes (16 minutes total including walking time). It will cost 1.50 €.
