Depends on what time you want to leave Paris, and how and when you book the ticket.

At the moment on SNCF http://www.voyages-sncf.com you can get 2nd class tickets from 44euros to 94euros if you book quickly online.  However, the cheaper tickets cannot be changed if you decide on a different train etc.  

The trip takes around 5 hours.  There is a direct train leaving Gare de Lyon at 8.04am arriving Cannes 1pm.  Most other trains require a change at Marseille.  Check out the website because there are several trains on that day.
