    **I am going to assume you have a 2.25mm x 2.25mm square bar since you have not told me the width**

    So we need to calculate the volume of 1 metre of your bar and to do so the units are best in metres.

    2.25mm / 1000 = 0.00225m (our size in metres)

    Volume = 0.00225x0.00225x1 = 0.00000506m^3

    Mass = Volume x Density

    Mass = 0.00000506 x 2640 = 0.013365Kg per metre


  2. You need the width as well to find the volume, which gives the weight. Google on 'weight of metals' and you will find two sites with calculators that tgive that result.
