    I will answer assuming that you have a 1934D Federal Reserve Note. If that is not correct please repeat the question specifying the the exact series, type of bill, the color of the seal, if the serial number includes a star and, if it is a Federal Reserve Note, from which city it was issued.

    If the bill does not have a star in the serial number the value ranges from $10 to $15 dollars for a bill in "fine" condition to $150 for a bill from Minneapolis in "Gem crisp uncirculated (65)" condition.

    If the bill does have a star in the serial number the value ranges from $40 to $100 dollars for a bill in "fine" condition to $4,000 for a bill from Atlanta in "Gem crisp uncirculated (65)" condition.

    Obviously if the bill is in less than "fine" condition it is worth less, and if it is in less than "good" condition it is likely to be worth less than $6.00.
