How much is this desk worth?

I have a hutch desk and chair that I want to sell that're from around 1970. I believe that they are part of the Isabella Young American Bedroom Collection. A contemporary version of this desk is around $2000, so would a vintage one cost more or less than that? About how much?

Selling used furniture is very hard.If this piece were in a natural wood finish, it would be much more desirable.Is there hardwood under the paint?

   I would be surprised if you were offered more than $300 - $500 for the piece.

   I would try selling it on Craigs List with a "Make an Offer" tag on it.
