How much is this jeep worth?

i have a 2001 4 door jeep cherokee. it has alot of miles. about 203,000 miles. how much is it honestly worth if i sold it say on craigslist? how much would it be worth at a used dealer? it is in fair condition, no major problems, no major dents, no dents period i guess you could say, windshield has a small crack that was repaired but still visible, runs fine, been running fine for the 2 years i have had it. just got new tires a few months ago.
