your best bet is around $10 or so.  It is indeed a rare card now.

it is a rare promo island worth about ten bucks maybe more on ebay.

The land that is in this picture is worth around $10.

If you want to sell it, I’ll be more than happy to buy it off you for $10.

This land is rare, as it came out as a promo in 1999. The art also looks very nice, so people (especially people like me, who have been collecting Magic for a long time now and has nothing better to do than to acquire more expensive versions of common things like lands) like it a lot. You will have no trouble selling this land.
