How much is to much avocado ?

I eat a balanced diet plus exercise every day im fit and at a good weight, but i eat a whole avocado almost every day..is this bad? i know it is good fat but how much can you eat a day

  1. Nah, thats fine. Avacados are almost entirely monounsaturated fats, and contain some Omega-3's as well. Very good for you. And they also contain other vitamins, like E, C, and D. A few minerals as well, though I forget the exact ones.

    Actually, more people should be eating avocados than actually do. Very healthy.

    Besides, if you're fit, at a healthy weight, eat a balanced diet, and exercise like you said, then you shouldn't worry about what you've been eating. It's obviously working for you.
