  1. No, coffee doesn't stunt your growth. But coffee does contain caffeine, which stimulates the central nervous system. For most people, a cup or two of coffee a day doesn't do any harm. But if you're drinking more — especially if you are getting caffeine from other sources, like soda — you may want to cut back. That's because high doses of caffeine can cause anxiety and dizziness, and may interfere with normal sleep.

If you decide to cut back or stop drinking coffee, do so gradually. Stopping suddenly can cause unpleasant symptoms such as headaches, irritability, and fatigue.

It's best to ask your doctor if you should stop or cut back on drinking coffee. Caffeine can cause problems for people who have heart problems or are taking certain medications. It may also trigger migraine headaches.

  2. None! lol idk, but you should drink in moderation any way coz too much is not good for you.

  3. They actually say a cup of coffee a day is good for you. I have never heard of anything about coffee stunting your growth. Growth has to do with your bones and that's calcium. So as long as your getting calcium you should be fine.

  4. You'll be fine.  Caffeine hardly affects me, but I drink a good amount of coffee.

  5. i request you to have a control over the coffee you consume if you consume more..it leads you to whitening of your hair, lessen your memory power, and also many drawbacks of coffee are there...

i suggest that have a cup of coffee per day  and try avoiding it as much as possible.

    thanks
