How much is too much tea?

Question

ok so i accidentally grabbed my parents' expensive tea.

being an idiot, i totally forgot that tea leaves expand so yeah u can figure out what happened..

i dont want to waste this tea cause it tastes really good so im just gunna keep reusing the leaves for more tea.

but how many cups would cause caffeine overdose?

its gaoshan tea btw, if that affects it at all

as long as you drink equal amounts of water and tea, you'll be find. tea is a diuretic, so if you drink too much without replacing water, you'll get dehydrated.

drink water as well and you'll be fine.

(though you WILL be peeing a ton).

dont know if it was too much or not but i used to drink 2 gallons of ice tea per shift when i worked nights was 12 hr shifts and would keep me awake going to Restroom and worke 4 nights a week so 8 gallons a week didnt hurt
