u need to contact the registrar of companies for registering a company............. u have to pay the prescribed fees along with the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association.... if the share capital of ur company is b/w 1lac to 5 lac ur filing fees is Rs.200/- if its b/w 5 to 25 lqc... the filing fee is 300/- and if the share capital is over 25 lac then filing fee is  500/-

You need to register for two things, firstly under shop and commercial establishment act and other for service tax, government prescribed fees are very less but the best way to do it is through  your CA, for me it costed 2500 INR, anyways before you could get these you need to have a pan number.
