How much jail time would someone get?

for manufacturing controlled substance.and possesion of marijuana 2nd degree?

With no priors,5 yrs probation.With priors,9 months on a 5 yr sentence and on parole the remainder of the sentence.

A whole lot, especially if it goes Federal. Ive seen people I know get as much as 12 years for manufacturing!
