How much land/acreage do i need to buy to have someone build a 74ft long home on?

I want to have hiline homes build a house that is 2112sq ft and 74ft long. Its a one story rambler. How big of a piece of land do i need and generally how much will the land cost? In washington state.

This is not an easy question.  Each property will have government required setbacks and you need to allow for driveways and proper drainage.  Most lots are not flat so you may need some extra space there.

Land costs varies by a huge amount even within a few blocks of each other.  The best way to get a handle on land prices is to drive around areas you would like to live and find out how much that land would cost.
