How much land would you need for a minicher shetland pony?

i really want a minicher shetland pony but i don't know how much land i would need any got any answers any info would be appriciated

  1. well, in ohio you need at least an acre for a horse but you would need to alternate fields every two seasons to let the grass grow or your horse will eat dirt. So i would say 3 acres because if u want a riding ring then that requires some land to

  2. You shouldn't need much. Maybe an two acres, as long as they get exersice and attention the land mass really dosn't matter all that much, as long as there is some land ^-^

  3. im not positive on this but im pretty sure its near a normal horse.  

  4. In the state and county where I live you have to have 5 acres, but I don't know why anyone would want one of them. They are mean and bite.
