  1. moderate amount, you need it for toprock and mostly just that.

    Upper body strength is what is important.


  2. not as much as you need in arm strength... my jazz teacher brought in a break dancer to teach us a new "style" and well I'm all leg strength and no arm strength and i about died...( not literally)...lol...but you have to hold yourself up with your arms for a lot of things...
