i am very unsure about how far along she is, i took her in on 7/10 and she got out on 7/16 for 2 days, i assumed that was when she got pregnant but now i can see movement in her belly when she is walking, lying down, and her nipples are pink and have filled up, so any ideas on how much longer she could have?

  1. i think the normal gestation period for a cat can be  from 61-69 days.

If your cat is already showing  changes to the  mammories  i'd guess she may have already been pregnant before you "took her in." If you're sure that she wasn't then   she should be due sometime between September 16 and spetember 20.   Give or take a few days if they are early or late.

I'm giving you some links to give you information to help you through the rest of the pregnancy.

In the last 12- 24 hours before birth i notice a change in the way the kittens are carried, and a  change in the  tilt of the pelvis, on my kitties.

  2. Any moment now!!

  3. It's not too far off. Maybe a couple of more days before the kittens are born. But anyways, she's getting very close.

  4. Amazing isnt it!

Rub her belly it soothes the kittens and she will appricate the relief and relaxation.

When you can see the kittens moving around in her tummy, she is ready any time now.

Fix her a box with a towel in it, put it in the closet. Put her in it, and leave it alone. She will jump right out, but she knows where it is. She will want privacy when delivering, so she will look for somewhere out of the way.
