How much longer will this flu last?

It started on Tuesday evening. As of now (early Friday morning), my temperature is lower (like 100.3 instead of around 102), but my chest now hurts and I have a dry cough. Will I be better enough by Monday to go back to work?

(36-year-old female, had flu shot in October 2007, have gotten flu shots since the late 90s, and this is the first year I have gotten the flu anyway -- TWICE).

As long as you try to do healthy stuff like eat fruit or drink some orange juice. If you are taking meds, try to keep taking them with a vitamin to help your body get rid of the flu. If you just do that, I think it would be gone by monday or tuesday.
