How much makeup can i put in my luggage on a plane trip?

i want to take some makeup on a trip. and i don't want to have to take some of my makeup out because it is to much makeup.

All of your liquids (which includes mascara) have to fit into a sandwhich-size ziploc bag.

Quantity of make up is irrelevant, but its base and packaging is.  That is- any thing in a gel form will be taken from you before you board.

  Your airline should provide a list of acceptable items on their web site.

Hand baggage/ carry onBottles of liquids, creams, allowed powders, non hazardous aerosol: all in containers  with less than 100 ml (3. fl.oz.) capacity. As many bottles as you can fit in one transparent one quart  plastic bag per person.

You may carry more in the standard baggage

what you do is you put all you rliquid makeup in a separate bag (a plastic baggie would work fine) and show it to them, but if it's not liquid, it's fine!

Andrea is correct...liquids must be in 3 oz or smaller bottles and in one 1 quart size zip-lock bag...NOT a sandwich size bag.  Dry makeup amy be in carry-on or checked luggage, and additional liquids may be put in your checked  luggage.
