depends on how much you think a lot is...

you'd need:

some sort of glittery silver eyeshadow

i'm guessing black liquid eyeliner

mascara

foundation

and some sort of nude lipstick.

for the dark eyeliner kohl and eyeshadows

mascara. and foundation

appy foundation first. then eyeshadow. thirdly kohl/eyeliner and apply the mascara last.

*if youre eyelashes arent long get fake THIN eyelashes

you dont want to look like a makeupwreck either with thick ones

from what i can see from her eye, you should do apply the blackest liquid eyeliner you can to the top of your eye, don't know about the bottom...probably. and then you should apply a lot of mascara, her eyelashes seem pretty thick. then apply some shimmery silver powder on your eyelids. that seems pretty much it. :D

a pretty heavy application of eye shadow and some major liquid black eye liner. not too heavy on face makeup tho.

ether use a medium amount of makeup like Sephora or mac those are nice makeup why do they look like emo people and they look really pale

It looks to me (not including foundation, powder, etc.) that for eyes you'll need a grey or silver metallic eyeshadow, black liquid eyeliner and about 3 coats of black mascara.

For the lips, you'd probably just need either a high gloss lip gloss or a slightly pink high shine lip gloss.

You might need a hint of a rosy or peachy colored blush as well. Depends on how much "natural" blush you have. (Me? None!)

Only other thing you'll need is some time to experiment with getting it to look the way you want on your face!  :-)

(Tip on the girls eyeliner: She's got the kinda "cat eyes" look going, so looking stright into the mirror, you'll need to run your eyeliner along you lashes until it reaches the outer corner of your iris, then start pulling it outward. You'll have to "fill in" from the corner of your eye up to where you ended the "tail" of the eyeliner.)

Heavy black eyeliner (liquid for a straighter line or pencil for a smokier look) extended a little bit further out then your eye, curl your lashes and coat them with black mascara, and silver or gray (depending on your skin tone) eyeshadow from the lash line to the crease of your eye.  Put a little bit of pink blush on the apples of your cheeks to your temples in a C shape.  And if you want you can use a little bit of pale pink lipstick but it's not needed.
