How much meat would I need to feed 100 people?

Planning a banquet and want to serve beef roast and pork tips as my meat choices.Need to know how much of both to order.

There are tons of great foods you could feed them!

No sense poisoning your guests with dead animal parts..

I'd say about.. ok lets SAY everyone is going to eat about 3 slices each??

do the math.. its all about estimation..
