I asked this in another topic but I got no answers and I'm kinda desperate.
I have been taking melatonin supplements at bedtime and they have been working for me. But recently I have been waking up super early, no matter the time I fall asleep and would like to get solid sleep tonight. Will taking 2 pills at 3mg each make any difference or will I just be wasting a pill?
Also, fyi Melatonin is a safe, natural suppliment. We all have melatonin in our bodies, just taking extra helps encourage sleep.
