  1. Wow, that's a tough one. Depending on where you are located, the size of the pool, the construction type of your existing home... Could be around $60,000 to $150,000. I wouldn't think that you could get an indoor in ground pool for less than that. Just the addition to the structure could be as high as $100,000 depending on Air conditioning and heating systems (pool heater and central heat for the enclosure). Of course I am supposing that it would be housed in an addition to the home and not as a freestanding structure.

Best bet would be to find a LICENSED contractor who has done projects of this nature and go over your plans with him. He can give you quotes that will better reflect local price.

  2. I do not know the answer to your question. But it is a fact in the UK you will not recover the build cost upon selling your house.

  3. To get a small modest one (you can't dive in) it's about 30,000 and then you just keep going up up and up.

If your a do it yours type person and don't mind the work and renting a back hoe- you can buy the kits for 10,000 and then the cost of cement (which isn't cheap).

  4. You really need two different quotes.

One for the pool & one for the indoor structure.

Are you putting pool inside an existing structure or building all at one time?

Call a building contractor & swimming pool contractor in your area & ask them to work together.

Average pool alone would be $15,000. to $50,000.00

in most parts of the USA.

The building would also have a wide range of variables.

  5. we paid like 250.000 for ours but it depends what kind you wannt
